How I Can Help You

I was in banking for 34 years. 7 of the 34 years in banking included being self employed as owner of Camelot Mortgage Company in the state of Florida. In addition to my duties in commercial lending I was the Banker of record for many small and large businesses. Gross annual sales for these businesses ranged from $500,000 to $15,000,000. My job as their business banker was to mentor each client. This included helping each business customer to not only succeed, but to grow their business. Thus, I was actively involved in their successes and challenges. Challenges in some cases included credit issues and loan counseling. I helped them with their line of credit needs and commercial real estate financing needs. Additionally, I was their contact on payroll, commercial insurance needs as well as their ability to accept credit cards. This roll required that I find the best department within the bank to handle these common business needs. Prior to entering the banking profession I was a licensed Real Estate Broke Over the years I have managed rental properties and have also owned rental properties.
